Our skin hygiene department develops the formulation, manufacture and packaging for a wide variety of products: handwashing lotions, shower gels for the body/hands/hair and heavy duty cleaners.

As the forerunners in developing an ECOLABEL range, we now offer products containing only biodegradable plant-based surfactants.

Our disinfectant division looks after the formulation, manufacture and packaging of biocidal products (PT1, 2 and 4) in strict compliance with current regulations, while guaranteeing flawless professional efficacy.

Expertise | Impregnated wipes division

Our Impregnated Wipes Division offers numerous concepts: technical, cosmetic and parapharmaceutical wipes. Laboratoires Prodene Klint's know-how is widely recognised by the general public through the great names in cosmetics and parapharmacy. With ultra-high performance production equipment at the forefront of innovation, the impregnated wipes division develops the formulation and manufactures the impregnated wipes with the non-woven fabrics along with the final packaging of the wipes.

The packaging can take various forms: soft packs (flow packs) or rigid packs, which can be fitted into dispensers, or used as independent units. This ability to develop all aspects of the finished product makes the department one of the most powerful and dynamic in the market.

Expertise | Plastics Division

Our expertise in the development of dispensing systems enables us to meet our clients' needs and provide them with the best dispenser/refill pairing. We design, manufacture and form all of our cartridges and pumps on the packaging site, reducing the carbon footprint of our products. With fully automated ultramodern production equipment, flexibility is our industrial strength, with packaging capacities from 25 ml bottles to 200 l drums for liquid products.

Our products meet various regulations: the Biocidal Products Directive, the Cosmetic Products Regulation, the Medical Devices Directive and REACH. Maintaining a permanent watch on the relevant authorities, our regulation teams monitor and anticipate changes in legislation associated with raw materials and with the finished products we develop. Combined with our technical expertise, this monitoring guarantees that our products are perfectly safe for users and for the environment.
